RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Please inspect your order before delivery acceptance and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

• To ensure the integrity of all labware product sales, no returns will be accepted once any item has been accepted by the customer. All products customers receive have never gone through a return process and are stored in a safe climate at ClickBio’s premises before shipment.
