Technical Sales Specialist: Labware Automation

Aligning with ClickBio’s mission, technical sales representatives are responsible for the sale of
capital equipment, proprietary consumables, and custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities will be:

● You will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing accounts while aligning with ClickBio’s Mission, Vision and Values.
● Understand customer priorities and challenges to effectively recommend ClickBio solutions.
● Elevate existing and new customer experiences by developing top-tier services and solutions
● Efficiently gauge laboratory workflows to recommend ClickBio solutions to suit customer needs.
● Assess and analyze product/competitor trends in the territory.
● Maintain a technical understanding of the product line.
● Assure market penetration while achieving sales forecasts.

● Execute a variety of marketing and sales techniques to reach a wide audience of researchers.
● Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
● Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management of sales.
● Communicate customer needs to management regularly to assist with new product pipeline.

Who are we looking for?

● Bachelor’s degree is preferred, preferably in sciences, high school diploma is a must
● 2+ years of customer-facing technical sales experience. Field application experience will be considered.
● Must be able and willing to travel 50% of the time.
● Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
● Must possess the organizational skills to multitask and meet deadlines as needed.
● Some understanding of laboratory procedures and methodology with a focus on automation.

We are looking for an intern to perform market research. The successful candidate will developing market strategies to target new partners within the Pharma, Biotech, Academic, and Medical sectors.
